I'm a married 30 something with no desire to have kids. I'm often asked if I have kids or when I'll have kids. When I say I don't want them, people look at me like I'm insane and usually press on with questions like "why not" and comments like "you'll change your mind." This blog is a chronicle of the reasons why I don't have a kid.
Let me be clear, I am not saying other people should not have kids. I've met some parents and kids I've liked. I have several friends who have kids. I understand that their choices make them happy but I'd never want to trade places with them. This blog is an illustration of why having kids is not for me.
